About Sean Lopez

WHY SEAN?
Because you simply love the idea of an OCEANFRONT LIFESTYLE in Hawaii, and you’d like to work with a Realtor who
feels the same way.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
I was born on Oahu and spent all but four years of my life here. My personal connection with the ocean started early,
as my fondest childhood memories are of spending entire weekends at Waimanalo Beach playing in the sand and
waves. Becoming comfortable with the ocean early in life led to years of surfing, fishing, diving, and boating along all of
Oahu’s shores. After earning an undergraduate degree at the University of Hawaii, I moved to the San Francisco Bay
Area in search of a rewarding career. While away from home, I found success in more than one industry. More
importantly though, I made three personal discoveries. I let these discoveries guide my decisions over the next several
years.
• Opportunities in real estate are endless.
• I am happiest when living near the ocean. The closer, the better!
• A short work commute leaves a lot of valuable time to be productive throughout the day.
After returning to Hawaii in 2004, my wife and I wed on one of Oahu’s breathtaking beaches. We purchased a home as
close to the Diamond Head oceanfront as we could afford at the time. In early 2005, I had my real estate salesperson’s
license and joined the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
I now work with Choi International – a company with a reputation for helping it’s clients buy and sell some of the most
extraordinary property on Oahu. I’ve since upgraded my salesperson’s license to a broker’s license, and continue to
spend countless hours focused on oceanfront real estate along Oahu’s southeast coastline.
WHAT I'D LIKE FOR YOU TO CONSIDER
My perfect client is someone who has a strong desire to enjoy the lifestyle that oceanfront home-ownership has to offer
in Honolulu. Whether or not you currently have the means, I can really get behind your plan to own a home on the
water. I work tirelessly to succeed at the opportunities that I engage in. I look forward to pouring that energy into
helping you realize your real estate ambitions.

"People are commenting on it, that it's fresh, it's new or different, said Lopez. The selling point, according to Lopez, is that the
4,000-square-foot homes are priced at $1.6 million, or about $400 per square foot, which he said is competitive for the
neighborhood."
